We are facilitators and coaches of co-design and open innovation. We help organisations overcome internal silos and reach beyond their walls to find better problems to solve and smarter answers to problems.
Organisational structures can keep talent confined within pre-defined roles and relationships. We promote autonomy within the groups we engage, to build new coalitions and responses to insights that present themselves. We also recognise that you cannot hire all the smart people, and that even if you did, your user community and their friends have unequaled insights about the utility, usability, and desirability of what you offer.
Drawing on the skills of facilitation and the principles of design, we create moments in the life of your organisation where you can surface the talent and insights in your midst and around you. We use playful techniques to enable risk-taking, intuitive pattern detection, honesty and light challenge. This approach leads not only to stronger value propositions, more viable concepts, and greater staff and customer loyalty, but frequently to a better quality of life for customers and their communities.
